RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
At JILL AND JACK we want to make sure that you are satisfied and love what you've ordered from us. If for any reason an item is not what you expected to be, the wrong colour or size or something isn’t right, let us know. Email us your questions at any time (firstname.lastname@example.org) or give us a call on (02) 9363 2307 from Tuesday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm (EST).
JILL AND JACK Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return your order. You must have a valid reason for the return of your order; all refunds are made at the discretion of JILL AND JACK Pty Ltd.
We are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher/credit note or a refund (online or at our Concept Store in Woollahra) if you have changed your mind.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:
a. The item is unused
b.The item is unworn
c. The item is in brand new condition with packaging intact
d. The item has the original labels attached
e. A receipt is required as proof of purchase on return items.
Returns by Mail
Please note that all conditions mentioned above must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
Please enclose your receipt along with merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail it to:

Please return products to us via registered mail and allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

You can return merchandise to our JILL AND JACK Concept Store within 30 days of receipt the goods. Just bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
