1. What does it mean when a product says sold out?

We understand that it can be disappointing to find an item you love is out of stock or unavailable. In order to keep our stock fresh we don't generally reorder sold out size or restock styles that have sold out. We always ensure we stock new and fresh products to ensure you find something else you love equally.

 

2. What does it mean when a product says currently out of stock?

If you come across a product that is currently out of stock it means we don't have it in stock and it's on back order. In order to be on the safe side please email us at info@jillandjack.com.au with the sku number of the product and we will let you know when we are expecting the item.

 

3. When will my order be dispatched from the time I order it?

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and we will email you with a expected time of delivery.


4. Can I order online but pick up from your store?

Of course, we have a "pick up from the store" option on the checkout page, you can click on it instead of selecting shipping.

 

5. I need to return a product. How do I do that?

   Please refer to our returns policy.

 

7. I’ve sent some items back from my order. Have you received them?

We will let you know by email once we have received your return.

 

10. Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer International shipping at this time.
