DELIVERY OF GOODS
At JILL and JACK Pty Ltd we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post or DHL reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.
Australia Standard Shipping
- Delivery may take between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery option.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100.00
- $10.00 standard shipping for orders under $100.00
- Signature is required on delivery
- Delivery may take between 10 to 15 postal working days
- $35.00 shipping for deliveries outside of Australia
- Upon arrival to the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of JILL AND JACK Pty Ltd.
